We Are Back Up and Running
I know it has been a long time since we posted. Jason and I have offically fixed all of our computer issues and are back up and running. We just bought a new mac so I am trying to figure out everything, hence the formating o the pictures being sideways. The pictures are in no real order.
The last six months for us has been a bit busy. We are expecting another baby girl around Nov. 6. She looks very healthy and we are excited. In the last six months we travelled to FL and caught the birth of my BFF Lindsey's baby, a month later we hopped on a plan again and went to CA to see our friend Tom tie the knot and to visit San Fran. I hope you enjoy the pictures. I will post more when we are done with our 4th of July camping trip.

Isabelle is ONE!!!
Here are pictures from Isabelle's 1st birthday. I Hope you enjoy. I know it has been a long time!

Well I have finally decided to sit down and blog. This weekend has been a bit of a whirlwind as we had Christmas with both sides of my family and Isabelle's birthday. She has been so blessed this year. I figured that I better catch everyone up on her progress.
Isabelle is not walking yet. She is being really cautious for some reason about walking. She will take steps but normally only one and then she sits down. Maybe she is a bit like me. When I was learning to snowboard I would get scared if I went too fast and I would just sit down :).
She says many words, but only a few in context. She says "Kitty", "Maggie", "Up", and "Hot". She has also learned to sign please and all done. It is awesome to be able to communicate with her.
I have learned a lot about Isabelle the little girl who is "consecrated to God" over this past year. She is very sweet. She loves to read, taken in the world and move to the music. I think her smile is one of her most dynamic features along with her beautiful blue eyes. She loves to laugh which amplifys her smile. I still can't get over the fact that she is ours and that God felt that we were the perfect parents for her. I keep coming back to the thought that to whom much is given, much is expected. I desire so much to be a good steward of all the things that God has given to us and Isabelle is a constant reminder to me of that call.
So you are probably wondering where all the cute pictures are. Well, Isabelle managed to kill my input/output cord on the digital camera so we will have to post pictures once we get another cord. Hopefully that will be soon!

I Love Fall !!!!!
I don't know if I have ever mentioned how much I love fall. It may be the vibrant colors of the dancing Aspen leaves, the smell of Pumpkin Pie candles from Yankee Candles or the crisp air. I'm not quite sure what the draw is, but something about the combination of things make me want to bake, decorate, wear sweaters and give Martha Stewart a run for her money. So far this fall we have made so many awesome things. We made Crab Apple Jam, which Isabelle, Grandma and Great-Grandma Carol helped harvest and prepare. We also made a fall wreath, Amish Friendship Bread, Strawberry Rhubarb Pie (it was a flop), and peach pie.
Our little ladybugIn the spirit of fall, Jason and I took Isabelle, in her Halloween costume, to the Pumpkin Festival. It was so cute. Isabelle is really getting a personality and she loves people. When we were there she was watching everyone intently with curiosity in her eyes. She is just awesome. Jason was tickling me and Isabelle was laughing just because I was. Did I mention that she is awesome. I may be partial but I think she comes from awesome stalk because Jason is great too. Well enough of my blabbing, here are some pics from our latest adventure and one embarrassing one for the ages.
Is with the perfect pumpkin.
Daddy and his little princess
She has learned to stand on her own, but her nerves get the best of her. Here she is so interested in the little girl in the video that she is not even realizing that she is standing.
Me and my honey bunny
She is banging on the pumpkin which is her favorite thing to do next to waving.
